- How long will it take for my order to reach me?
The delivery times vary according to the destination and the method used to ship your order. All orders are shipped from our Connecticut facility. The standard method used is UPS. We may substitute FEDEX Ground in cases where it would benefit our customer. UPS/FEDEX Service should arrive at your location in 7-10 business days or less. You may also select from a number of other shipping options that will be presented to you during the checkout process. International shipping is also available. Make sure you use the International checkout form when placing your order.
IF YOU SELECT THE PICK UP AT WAREHOUSE OPTION: We will call you when your order is ready to be picked up. Selecting this option will remove any shipping charges that may have been added to your order.
- When will my order ship?
If the item you purchase is in our warehouse, it will usually ship the same day as your order is received (weekdays only) as long as the order is received before 1pm Eastern Time. If the item is still in the vehicle, please allow 2-3 days for removal. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package. Please provide your email address to receive a ship confirmation notice with tracking information.
- What if I receive something that I am not satisfied with?

- Where can I purchase or use a Chuck and Eddie's Gift Certificate?
Gift certificates cannot be purchased or used on line at this time. If you would like to order a gift certificate or if you have a gift certificate you would like to use please call our Customer Care Department at 877-330-2332.
- I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information over the Internet. How can I place an order?

- How much is my shipping and handling going to be?
Shipping depends upon the shipping method you select, the weight of your order and size. Shipping options and prices will be displayed to you during the check out process.
- Can I purchase quantities that are below those shown in the pricing?
In an effort to keep our prices competitive, we cannot fulfill orders at less than our minimum quantities.
- Can I get a quote for quantities greater than what are offered on this site?
We will gladly provide pricing for quantities above those shown. You can obtain a quote by using any of the following methods:

- I want to change my order. How do I do this?
Call a representative at 877-330-2332 (8AM to 5PM EST, M-F) and we will make the changes to your order. Orders usually ship within 48 hours.
