You've noticed that we're using stock photos in our item descriptions instead of showing the actual part for sale. There's a very good reason for that. Chuck and Eddie's offers the best prices on used and new auto parts as well as other items. We can only do this if we keep our operating costs down. Taking photos of each of hundreds of thousands of parts in our inventory would be extremely expensive. In the end, our customers would suffer with higher parts pricing.

In order for us to photograph a part we would have to remove the part from the car, transport it to a spot where it could be photographed. Then the photo would need to be downloaded from the camera, then tweeked and resized for display on the product listing. Multiply this process by hundreds of thousands of auto parts and we're looking at a major expense.

To compensate for the fact that you can't view a photo of the EXACT item you're buying, we offer a SIX MONTH guarantee. If you receive the item and find that it's not right for your application...send it back for a full refund. To further that, if the part IS correct for your application, but it fails within the six month guarantee period, you're still 100% protected.
