Returns and Exchanges
Used parts purchased on this website are protected with a full SIX MONTH WARRANTY. New Parts are protected for one full year. Warranty period begins on date of purchase. If your part is damaged during shipping or is defective, contact us immediately. We will either replace the part or refund your purchase price at our discretion. We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not pay labor cost under any conditions. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
If you find that the part you purchased is not what you need, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for any and all shipping fees associated with the return.
