Finding A Product Online
Have a particular item in mind? Simply type the item name in the search box at the upper left of your screen, and a list of matching items will be displayed. Just click on an item name to display more information about the selection.
If you prefer to browse through our online catalog, you can use the "Shopping Categories" on the left of your screen. By clicking through the menus you can narrow down your choices until you find the perfect match!
We don't inventory or list every part on a vehicle. Items such as exterior and interior trim pieces,etc. would have to be removed by special request. If you are in need of a part you can't find on ChuckandEddies.com, please fill out our Parts Request Form and we'll do our best to find the part in one of our recycling yards.
The shopping cart displays all items you have selected to purchase, and is broken down by who the item will be shipped to. To remove an item from the cart, simply click the "Delete" button. To change the quantity, click the item description link and add the number you would like. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart icon at the top right of your screen.
You may have the option of purchasing related items based on your selection. Be sure and check out these recommendations before proceeding to Checkout!
The shopping cart status is below the top home button towards the upper left of your screen, and displays the number of items which have been added to your cart and total price of those items. If you have items being sent to different shipping addresses, you can view the items in each person's bag by clicking the dropdown box in the shopping bag and selecting the desired person.
Once you have added at least one item to your cart, you may proceed to checkout. After clicking the Checkout button at the bottom right of the shopping cart, you will be prompted for shipping and billing information on the following pages. When you become a member (see Member Services), this information will automatically be filled in each time you log in (recommended).
Once your order has been submitted, you will be shown a confirmation screen which details your order. After we have received your order, you will also be sent a confirmation via e-mail. We recommend you print or save all correspondence, as it will help us to resolve any issues regarding your order. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We provide a totally secure online ordering system for your safety.
You can check on the status of your order by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to include your order number beginning with "CE". Currently, we do not offer online order status.
