Karen says “My little brother Hank lives in a small village in Kake,Alaska. And his fuel rail was no good. So he called me in Renton,Washington and I entered used fuel rail in my computer and Chuck and Eddies came up with an 800 number so I call and talked to Jimmy in parts and he said he had one in stock. I called my brother back told him I had found one and he just could not believe it, he also had my cousins in Idaho looking for that part to with no luck. So I had the part shipped to Kake,Alaska he got the part and installed it and the truck runs great Hank was so happy to get it running. The truck had belonged to my Dad and he pasted 3 years ago. It meant everything to my brother Hank to get it running. I just wanted to Thank Chuck and Eddies for the great job they had done for my family. and shipping the parts all the way to ALASKA !!!!! JOB WELL DONE THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! Karen in Washington”

Tim says “Fuel pump went in my 03 Audi A6. Called Chuck and Eddies on a referral from a friend. Had my part in a couple of days via UPS. Although I was originally not thrilled about buying a used fuel pump, I was promised that it would be tested and will function as designed. The pump replacement was a mess as my car had almost a full tank. The job took 2.5 unpleasant hours. I finished the install praying the pump would work. Lo and behold the car fired right up. The pump arrived cleaned and tested as promised. Shipped as promised.Thank you Scott and all of the staff at Chuck and Eddies. They even took the time to track my package for me when I called. I can be a real PITA sometimes and these guys were patient and professional. I will be a return customer.”

Sheyla says “I have to take my time to say that yesterday August 25, I had the best experience at Chunk & Eddie from New Haven. God put the right person to help me there Chas. When I got there the piece that I need it was not at that facility and Chas did what he had it do to make sure I was satisfied with his outstanding customer service. I wish ever where I go I can find someone like Chas. Coming in to the New Haven location with someone giving me a ride. Mind you I had paid someone $50. To get me to there facility in New Haven because when I call in the morning the operator that answer the 1 888 number did not tell me what facility to go to, so I assume it was New Haven. And when I get there Chas told me I’m sorry is not here. I broke down. I wanted to cry and I felt like the world was in top of me. So when he saw me going thru that he say to wait a minute and I don’t know what he did but I know that he made my day. His great customer service made my day my part was in my hands right on time when my mechanic came to fix my truck. Thanks Chas!!! Also thanks to Tim for directing me to the right person. God bless you all and great job Chas. Great team at the New Haven facility you guys ROCK!!! You all were awesome. I will recommend Chuck & Eddie to everyone. My family being going there since I was a baby. I remember my dad before he passed away this was his number 1 junk yard. And it always being ours and it will always be.
