The policy applies to Online Orders only. Used parts purchased on this website are protected with a full SIX-MONTH WARRANTY, and New Parts are protected for one full year. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. If your part is damaged during shipping or defective, contact us immediately. We will either replace the part or refund your purchase price. We do not pay labor costs under any condition.
If you find that the part you purchased is not what you need, or is not of the quality you expected, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. If you decide to return your order, please write a short note explaining why the item will be returned and include it in the return box.
If you cancel an order a 25% cancelation fee will apply.
